Ariel Bernard Eisen is an artist, musician and certified wellness coach living in South Florida. While she traverses a variety of materials and styles, there are consistent themes threaded through her work – of transformation, transcendence and the wisdom of the natural world.
“The process of making art for me has always been, first and foremost, a means of gaining insight beyond what my rational mind can offer. In a world full of competing narratives, information overload and outsourced authority, art has offered me a place to tease out my truth from non-truth. To make the subjective, objective – and allow my internal questions and struggles to alchemize into something new in the process. It’s my version of church. I show up, I listen for whatever is coming down the pipeline, and I try my best to get out of the way.”
